Waterproof Roof Top Living at its best in Beverly Hills at the Charleville Condominium project in downtown Beverly Hills.  The owners of the property wanted to capitalize on the roof area as a sun and recreation area.  There is nothing like enjoying a coffee or a breakfast in the morning or enjoying a social your friends with a beverage on weekends or just a quiet evening drink watching the sunset.   The PolyTuff Roof Top Living “Flexideck P-ML” supplies a roof system made decorative enough to compliment the evening sunset, a romantic evening under the stars or the breaking of the sun over the horizon. 

At the same time, the Flexideck P-ML system is lightweight, incredibly durable and waterproof.  The system supports all manner of outdoor furniture from wrought iron to lawn chairs and tables. 

While most roofs service basically only two purposes, to keep the whether out and the HVAC in, the Flexideck P-ML takes decorative to new heights.  The system allows for all manner of tile, slate and faux tile finishes as well as stamped concrete. 

 

In picture #1 below, we see the deck before the Flexideck P-ML system was installed; the joints were sealed with E-Galvanized metal lath is stapled to the deck with 1-2” crown staples after the joints are sealed. 101 Sealant or similar single component fast curing urethane sealant.  2.5lb

From there the PolyTuff Water Curable Sand Slurry Waterproofing is applied over the deck.  (See fig#2)

From E-Tuff Sand Slurry the PolyTuff Crete Sand Slurry a stamp concrete was applied. 

The end result is durable, lightweight spectacular roof to enjoy anytime of day or night.
